Jerez vinegar, inheriting the qualities of Sherry, is a vital culinary ingredient and internationally recognized treasure. Our Vinegar Plant began in the 70s with Moisés Monge, a wine and grape agent. When a large vinegar order was placed, local supply was insufficient, prompting us to source from outside the district. This led us to become Sanlúcar de Barrameda's first exclusive vinegar producer. Initially selling locally, we now export to France, Germany, Sweden, USA, Canada, and China.
