Founded in 1860 in Ávila, our small artisan confectionery, La Flor de Castilla, became famous for Yemas de Santa Teresa. This iconic sweet, unchanged for generations, remains Ávila's culinary symbol. In the late 1980s, Julián Gil Navarro revitalized our company, expanding our product range with high-quality offerings like Membrillo Santa Teresa. Today, we produce a variety of 100% natural products, blending innovation with tradition.Since 2012, we've reached international markets, selling in over 20 countries including Germany, the UK, France, Belgium, the USA, and Japan. In 2015, we launched Santa Teresa Shop Gastronomic Centers in Ávila and Madrid. In 2018, we opened new state-of-the-art facilities in Ávila to continue delivering top-quality traditional products.
