In 1920, Antonio García Montoro founded a forge in a small town, dedicating himself to ironwork to support his family. The business evolved over decades, with his son Enrique García Martí taking over in the 1940s, producing artisanal paellas despite material shortages. By the 1950s, the workshop began mechanization and continued growth.

In the 1960s, Enrique's son, Antonio García Campos, joined at age 14 and led the business's expansion, introducing new technologies and internationalizing to Latin America. By 1975, a new factory was built, and in 1979, the company was named GARCIMA, S.L., focusing on Valencian paellas and gas paellas.

The 1990s saw the fourth generation, led by Snow and Antonio García Martínez, emphasizing exports and achieving milestones like cooking the world's largest paella in 1992. Despite financial challenges in the 2000s, GARCIMA adapted, showcasing at international fairs like AMBIENTE.

Today, GARCIMA continues its tradition of quality and innovation, blending art, technology, and tradition in their products.
