These are the new products available in our website to have an authentic Navarra experience:
- Dantza ‘piquillo pepper’: Considered as the red gold of Navarra, this canned product has become a key product and the most typical food from the region. They are sweet with a final roasted taste. Ideal for tapas and a perfect fusion with anchovies or meat.
- Dantza asparagus and artichokes from Tudela: Both vegetables are specially soft and delicious in this region thanks to the good agricultural land, a rainy and mild climate and a historical knowhow since the Arabics times.
- Kamiku hard cheese: Traditionally crafted and elaborated with truly raw milk from the Bertiz valley, this cheese has recently won a gold medal in the World Cheese Awards. We tell you the secret: the production, during more than 3 months, done with great painstaking and thoroughness, and the amazing development of a natural local mould rind that covers the cheese.
- Biosasun´s black truffle infused olive oil: This is a gourmet and bio oil for finished dishes, elaborated with aroma of black truffle, a fungus of irregular size and one of the most precious mushrooms for gastronomy professionals. 1864 Castillo De Olite Chardonnay (2020): White, chardonnay grape variety, high intensity aromas of peach in syrup, tropical fruit and pastry.
1864 Castillo De Olite Crianza (2020): Red, varieties grenache and tempranillo, fresh black fruit aromas, spicy, balsamic, underbrush and cedar scents.
Viñedo Cinco (2021): Rose, grenache grape variety with 5 gold international medals. Intense and tasty. Fresh notes of red fruits and hints of strawberry yogurt and candy.
Señorío de Sarría Crianza (2018): Cherry red, with 3 grape varieties (cabernet sauvignon, grenache and graciano) and awarded 9 (five gold) international medals since 2017. Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit with hints of balsamic and spices.
Baluarte Roble (2021): red wine, grenache grape variety and fruit expression of strawberry and cherry.
Legardeta Chardonnay (2021): white wine, chardonnay grape variety, tasty and intense in the mouth.
