Castilla-La Mancha Spanish Food Prize Draw

Please notice that any order placed after 2pm, 30rd of December will be dispatched on the 4th of January. Our office will be closed from the 24th of December until 3rd of January (inclusive).

This prize draw is organized by Iberica Ltd as part of the digital promotion launched and supported by IPEX (Government of Castilla-La Mancha).

By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions
This prize draw is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old
To enter the prize draw you need to buy any of the Castilian-La Mancha products for sale on the website Ibericafood.com during the period 20 May - 3 July 2022
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Iberica Food Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice
An announcement of the winners first name with be made on Iberica Ltd’s social media channels
Iberica Food and ASTUREX will not be responsible for any damage that the hamper and products may suffer due to the carrier's reasons.

The prize

The winner will receive a hamper of Castellano Manchego products at home
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so

Iberica Ltd and IPEX will not be responsible for any damage to the hamper and products whilst in responsibility of the carrier

The draw

The prize draw will be held on July 5, 2022
The winner will be drawn at random and announced on July 6, 2022 on Iberica’s social media channels
The decision by Iberica Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it

Iberica Ltd will contact the winner and the prize will be delivered by July 22, 2022.
In case of three unsuccessful contact attempts, lack of interest from the winner or any other incident before this date, Iberica Ltd may discard the award delivery – which will be unappeala-ble after July 22, 2022.
